One option you may be considering is the abortion pill. The “abortion pill” is a term commonly used to describe a medical abortion procedure or chemical abortion that involves taking medication to terminate a pregnancy. It usually involves a combination of two drugs that are taken 24-48 hours apart from each other. Before taking the abortion pill, It’s helpful to receive an ultrasound to determine the gestational age of the pregnancy and ensure the method’s effectiveness and your safety.
